Eurovision Song Contest 2022 kicked off with stars on the turquoise carpet for a star-studded photo shoot in Turin on Monday, ahead of the highly anticipated live finale on Saturday.

Stars like Andromache from Cyprus and Amanda Georgiadi Tenfjord from Greece wore gorgeous pink dresses as they posed for photos ahead of Thursday’s first semi-final, following the reveal of England’s up-and-coming Sam Ryder the day before.

At this year’s Eurovision Song Contest, Sam is hoping to get bad form for the British in the song contest with his song Space Man, and the odds seem to be changing already as he’s the bookies’ second favourite. .

Despite England’s bad past in recent years, fans are hoping Sam will break the trend and perform well in the competition.

England is currently the second favorite to take the crown with 6/1 according to Ladbrokes, behind leader Ukraine, will be represented by the Kalush Orchestra with Stefania songs.

Sam admitted on Monday that he wasn’t focused on winning the match and that his “personal goal” was just to get on stage and sing.
