Tom Parker’s wife Kelsey recounts the day she died

Kelsey Parker spoke of the heartbreaking moment when she told her two-year-old daughter Aurelia that “the angels were coming for daddy” the day her husband Tom Parker died.

The 32-year-old widow, who appeared on Loose Women on Friday, explained that when Tom was in the hospital, his two sons asked, “When will Dad come home,” and they thought he was on a date or signed an album.

He also explained that he’s been “sending his signals” every day since Tom’s death (for example, turning off his car alarm at 4 a.m.) and talking to him regularly.

The sought-after singer Tom died last month at the age of 33 after battling brain cancer after being diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma in October 2020 and given only 12 months to live by doctors.

He added that the young woman was still “trying” to process the tragic news, admitting that she was just trying to stay strong and “get through each day.”

The mother of two explained: ‘I thought I was going to be widowed at 32 and I have 2 kids, I didn’t plan my life that way, it’s shocking. Take each day as it is and that’s all I can do now.

“For me, I want to help as many people as possible now.”

Kelsey arrives earlier this week after the late singer told her beloved bandmate Jay McGuness how he moved into their childhood home in the star’s final days.

Kelsey insists that Jay, 31, Max George, 33, Siva Kaneswaran, 33, and Nathan Sykes, 29, will always be there for her when her children need them and help raise their children as they grow up without a father.
