Discussing his and Giada’s plans as a married couple, he revealed: “We’re prioritizing our careers.

He said: “We got married last July and have just spent our honeymoon together in the Maldives. It was paradise – it was beautiful.

‘We live in London. We’ve been married for almost a year, but it feels like we’ve been married for six or seven years, because we’re always together – it’s beautiful.”

He said Giada was doing Dancing With The Stars in Italy and Strictly was running at the same time so we were three months apart – it was really hard.

“But then we spent Christmas together and now we’re working together on a new dance musical – La Bamba. She’s from Venice and I’m from Sicily, so we had the wedding there because my family is so big.”
