Global superstar Ed Sheeran took time out from his busy Australian tour schedule to surprise sick children at Sydney Children’s Hospital Randwick.
The ‘Shape Of You’ hitmaker was spotted outside Sydney Hospital on Saturday before heading out on his maths tour to the city’s Accor Stadium that evening.
The British singer-songwriter showed off his colorful tattoos while wearing a white t-shirt, green shorts and Nike trainers.
His crew – all wearing masks – were also with him as one carried his guitar for the impromptu performance.
The 32-year-old has made a habit of giving back to his young fans on a tour Down Under when he surprised children and teenagers at the Queensland Children’s Hospital last weekend.

During the Queensland hospital visit, all her teenage girl dreams came true when she got to sing with the pop star.
Keasine Latu – who is now thankfully cancer free – was lucky enough to not only meet her idol and hear some of his biggest hits, but she shared a special moment with him when they performed a duet.
She told the Today Show on Channel 9 that she was “so nervous” but it was the best experience of her life.
“I was put on the spot, the cameraman told him I could sing and it was in front of everyone, so I just started singing,” she told the show.
“It was the best thing I’ve ever had in my entire life, meeting Ed Sheeran was amazing.”
A hospital worker said Ed “really wanted to be there” as he chatted with patients before and after the stripped-down performance.
“He actually sat down, started talking to the kids, found out where they came from, their stories, which was really nice,” they said.

“I gagged a little. I was so amazed because he was singing right next to me and I was so nervous that I forgot the lyrics,” said one viewer.
Ed has just finished three shows in Brisbane and is playing two shows in Sydney this weekend before heading to Melbourne and Adelaide.
He was photographed on Byron Bay beach on Sunday with his wife Cherry Seaborn (30) and their two children, Lyra Antarctica, two, and Jupiter, 9 months.
Ed and Cherry are children’s favorites and grew up in the same town. They rekindled their romance in 2014 and married in a small ceremony five years later.
