The Georgia mansion of Kim Zolciak and her husband Kroy Biermann has been officially confiscated and will be auctioned next month on March 7, TMZ reported Friday.
The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star, 44, and former NFL pro, 37, originally bought the home in 2012 for $880,000 and the price is currently between $2.5 million and $2.6 million, hence the selling point.
The news comes four months after the TV personality publicly slammed rumors that the home sold for just $257,000 after foreclosure.
The lavish estate was featured on both Real Housewives and Kim’s own reality show, titled Don’t Be Tardy, which aired for a total of eight seasons.
Truist Bank was asked to handle foreclosure on the home, and the lawsuit reportedly began in August when the couple defaulted on their $1.65 million mortgage.

Disclaimer: In a video posted to Instagram Stories late last November, Kim denied that her Georgia home sold at auction for just $257,000
“My house didn’t sell for $257,000. If you think I would rent out my house that we put millions and millions of dollars into it [into], going for $257,000, you’re an idiot, okay? Really,” a clearly upset Kim said in her video.
She didn’t appear in the short clip, but gave her 3.3 million Instagram followers a brief tour of her home and grand staircase.

“So what are you haters going to do when I’m here for Christmas and I’m here for my birthday and I’m here for all these amazing dates?” she asked belligerently. “I’m here until I want to move. “Until I decide I don’t want to live here anymore.”
She finished showing off part of her home, adding, “So enjoy the view, haters, because you’ll be seeing her for a long time.”
Kim and her family were plagued by online rumors that the home was in foreclosure and ended up being auctioned for just $257,000.
The rumors may have been partially fueled by reality, as the home was once dated in 2014, according to a Page Six report last month.
However, Kim and her husband Kroy paid off their outstanding debt to get their house out of the way. At the time of the threat of foreclosure, they reportedly owed $10,567.67. The foreclosure notice was served two years after the house was purchased in 2012.
As for the current closing and public auction, neither Kim nor Kroy have yet publicly commented.
