Jake Gyllenhaal was spotted on the set of his new series Presumed Innocent in Los Angeles for the first time on Thursday.
The Brokeback Mountain star, 42, looked focused as he walked down a street.
The actor wore a brown jacket over a gray t-shirt, which he paired with jeans and white sneakers.
Maggie Gyllenhaal’s brother looked like he was revising his lines as he walked around the set. There was yellow “Police Line Do Not Cross” tape around the set.
It comes after it was reported that Ruth Negga has landed a role alongside Jake in the series.

The upcoming Apple TV+ limited series Presumed Innocent tells the story of a gruesome murder that shakes the Chicago District Attorney’s office when one of them, Rusty Sabich (Gyllenhaal), is suspected of the crime.
The series explores obsession, sex, politics and the power and limitations of love.
The suspect is struggling to keep his family and marriage together.
A premiere date for the limited series – a remake of Harrison Ford’s 1990 film of the same name – has not yet been announced.
In the Apple TV+ series, inspired by Scott Turow’s 1986 novel, Gyllenhaal plays the lawyer – a character previously played by the 80-year-old Ford – who investigates the death of his colleague.
He later becomes a suspect when people learn that the murder victim was his former lover.
Academy Award and Tony Award nominee Gyllenhaal recently directed the voice cast of Disney’s new film Strange World, the company’s first gay-themed animated film.
With a cast that includes Lucy Liu, Dennis Quaid and Gabrielle Union, the film cost $180 million but bombed spectacularly at the box office.

Gyllenhaal will also star as Dalton in the remake of the cult classic Road House, a character originally played by Patrick Swayze.
