Two years later, everything happened again, but much more seriously: the tumor increased in size by 2 times and urgent surgery was needed.
“Part of my brain no longer works. It’s a miracle that I can speak, sometimes eloquently, and live my life completely normally without any repercussions. I am one of a very small number of people who survived this,” Emilia told newyorker.com.
