Kelly Brook has revealed that her wedding day was a complete surprise and that the memories of that day still “haunt” her.
The 42-year-old model and presenter finally tied the knot with fiancé Jeremy Parisi in Italy last July, but Kelly refused to watch the video again.
Speaking to Vicky Pattison on The Secret To Podcast, Kelly claimed: “We all got pretty wet.”

She continued, “It rained for five to ten minutes before we said our vows. We were ushered into this tower and it was like something out of a sitcom.
“In this old tower a woman tried to carry a harp five stories up. It still haunts me.
“It was like biblical rain, you couldn’t see his hand in front of his face. It didn’t rain in this region for eight months and I don’t think it has since.”

“I look stressed and my hair is messy. Jeremy watches the wedding video all the time, but I still can’t take it.”
Kelly, who has been engaged three times before, said: “From someone who never thought they’d get married, it was magical – the best thing I’ve ever done.
“We were there the whole time. It was so much fun. And that gave it the essence and authenticity of being Italian, which is what I really wanted. Without rain there is no rainbow.’
Kelly finally married her longtime boyfriend Jeremy Parisi in his native Italy on Saturday afternoon.
The bride tied the knot with Parisi in the Italian port city of Civitavecchia, a popular holiday destination known for its historic architecture.
Speaking to Vicky Pattison on The Secret To Podcast, Kelly claimed: “We all got pretty wet.”
Kelly, who walked hand-in-hand with her new husband after the ceremony, looked stunning in a traditional ivory wedding dress with sheer lace.
She was seen keeping the hemline on the ground, away from the rugged terrain around Torre di Cicero – the 19th-century villa that served as the wedding location.
Her long dark brown locks were styled in soft waves and she let them fall over her shoulders and added a delicate tiara and veil on top of her head.
Jeremy was very handsome and captured his bride in a black three piece tailored suit and tie with a flower on the lapel.
The ceremony was originally planned as an open-air event at around 1,500 metres, but an unexpected downpour meant that plans were changed at the last minute.
As a result, the bride, groom and a number of friends and family celebrated the ceremony within the walls of Torre di Cicero.
It’s clear Kelly pulled out all the stops that day as the bride-to-be paid for carnival rides and invited A-list guest Kylie Minogue, according to The Sun.
The publication reported that the former host of the big breakfast at her wedding “threw the sink” to give her and Jeremy a day to remember, with plans to escalate into an “excessive relationship”.
The model reportedly spent up to £500,000 on her big day.

A source told The Sun: “Kelly knocked over the sink at her wedding and it’s going to be quite a lavish affair. She booked the Villa Nota Pisani in central Italy for the ceremony and reception.
The insider added that the mansion is a “beautiful place” and that the couple “fell in love with it” as soon as they saw it.
They continued: “Kelly invited all her friends and stars like Kylie are on the guest list. The ceremony is going to be very romantic, but Kelly wants her family and friends to have a real party afterwards. She’s in talks with a company to organize a fair for everyone – and the booze will be flowing all night.”

The source added: “Kelly knows that Jeremy is her soulmate and this will be her only wedding, so she’s going all out. All in all, it’s apparently costing her between £300,000 and £500,000, but for her it’s money well spent money.
The insider went on to say that it was “Kelly’s dream wedding” and that “everything she ever wanted” “came true.”
Kelly and Jeremy recently celebrated their seventh anniversary – the day he packed up his French home and moved in with her in Kent.
Discussing her romance with her “best friend and soulmate”, Kelly told The Mirror: “I’ve found someone who can keep up with me and the lifestyle I like.
“It’s the combination of a very exciting life, but also times when it’s nice to stay at home and watch Netflix and walk the dog. It creates that balance.”
