As for his legal troubles, Alec has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing in relation to Hutchin’s death, insisting Deputy Director Dave Halls said he was given a ‘cold’ gun – meaning it was unloaded and safe.
The actor previously insisted he did not pull the trigger when Hutchins was shot, but the FBI tested the gun and later released a report concluding it would not have fired unless someone pulled the trigger not.

Matthew said he had “no interest” in blaming his wife for her death and wanted to pay tribute to her “last job”.
