On Monday, Jennifer Lopez opened up about the “emotional transition” of reuniting with husband Ben Affleck.

Appearing on TODAY to promote her new film Shotgun Wedding, the 53-year-old megastar gave an insight into the process of reconciling her 14-year-old twins, Emme and Max, with Affleck’s three teenagers: Violet, 17 , and Seraphina . 14 and Samuel 10.

Lopez — who also called her 50-year-old Oscar winner “dreamy” and a sweetheart — went on to say that 2022 has been “a phenomenal year” for her A-list brood.

“We moved in together. The kids moved in together,” Lopez explained. “It was kind of an emotional transition, but at the same time, all your dreams come true.”

Lopez shares her twins with ex-husband Marc Anthony (54), while Affleck shares his three children with ex-wife Jennifer Garner (50).

The couple’s fairytale union was cemented six months ago when they finally tied the knot in July – almost two decades after their first engagement ended at a tabloid party.

An Affleck lovefest ensued, with Josh calling the Gone Girl star a “dreamboat” and praising his talent, before Jennifer dubbed her husband “darling”.

But the Marry Me star’s appearance on Today wasn’t the first time she talked about married life with Affleck.
