In the short clip (above), Kim cringed as a plethora of colorful tattoos appeared under her eyes, above her right eyebrow, and around her cleavage. The artwork included cherries, hearts, lips, a bee and the words “baby angel”. She also had the phrase “not all who wander are lost” written in italics near her forehead.

Although it is not clear how many REAL tattoos Kim may have, revealed that her latest boyfriend did body art in her honor.
