Teenagers were worried when Abbey Clancy came out of the powder room annoyed – only to find the model had only broken one nail.

Fresh from a Christmas break in the Maldives, where she and former footballer Peter Crouch renewed their vows, the couple decided to enjoy a leisurely lunch.

But we hear it ended painfully when mum-of-four Abbey, 36, grabbed her nail extension while struggling with the tight lock on the toilet door.

“With all that commotion, you’d think she’d broken her arm,” says my husband at the bar.

It’s awkward for Sophia’s “bad guys”

I hope author Sophia Money-Coutts’ ex-boyfriends are comfortable – because it could get awkward.

Sophia’s first novel The Plus One, inspired by her time with society bible Tatler, is being adapted for television, and some of the villains portrayed on screen are loosely based on men she dated.

Meanwhile, Sophia has her hands full with the upcoming release of her latest novel, ‘Looking Out For Love’, about an eccentric private investigator who exposes scammers!

Princess Margaret’s former lady-in-waiting, Lady Anne Glenconner, is still alive at the age of 90.

Anne learned to drive from her mother, who drove a black leather Harley-Davidson, and admits she is also an adrenaline junkie.

“I’m quite fast, I know how to drive a lot and I like to overtake,” she says. However, her need for speed had consequences, she tells Saga Magazine.

She has already completed two speed awareness courses and scored loads!
