Home and away star Sophie Dillman has announced her New Year’s resolutions for 2023.
The 29-year-old actress told Yahoo on Saturday that she wants to “find joy” in the year ahead and “focus on being happy”.
My New Year’s resolution is to find joy. I think next year I really want to focus on being happy, doing things I like and doing things for myself,” she said.

Sophie, who plays Ziggy Astoni in the soap, added that she needed time to recover after working through the pandemic.
“After working so hard for so many years, I just want to focus on myself for a while,” she added.
Rumors follow that Sophie and her on-and-off-screen partner Patrick O’Connor are leaving the show.

A new group photo posted by Lynne McGranger to tease next season didn’t show the pair.
Lynne, who plays Irene on the Channel Seven show, told fans on her Instagram that the loved-up couple filmed their final scenes in August.
The actress responded to comments after observant followers noticed that Sophie and Patrick were “missing” from the cast photo.

Lynne shared the photo to her stories and was seen posing with show regular and newcomer Kyle Shilling, who will play Mali Hudson.
Fans shared their disappointment with Lynne’s thread, with one writing, “Heartbroken that Dean and Ziggy have left,” while another added, “Home and Away…[won’t] be the same without her.’
Channel Seven has yet to confirm the news of Sophie and Patrick’s departure.
Home and Away returns on January 9 at 7pm on Channel Seven.
