On Friday, Madonna released the demo version of her song with an accompanying video filmed in Mchinji, Malawi.
In a new clip shared on her Instagram, the 64-year-old Queen of Pop was seen with Malawian children happily dancing to the newly released version of her 2019 song Back That Up To The Beat.
The multiple Grammy award winning singer often visits Malawi and this time she returned to release her song while supporting Raising Malawi.

While she was visiting the country, three of her six children – Rocco (22), David (17) and Mercy James (16) – came to her to share her song.
She wrote in her caption: “Back that up to the beat……in Malawi” and “Streaming now on all platforms!”
The clip showed several people happily dancing to the singer’s song – which is now streaming.

In the video, she was spotted wearing a Gucci outfit.
She wore a wide-brimmed beige hat with the luxury brand’s logo and a scarf around her neck.
Under her hat, she wore her bright orange locks in two pigtails.

She wore a soft green zip-up hoodie and a Gucci phone strap across her torso as she hugged the children.
The music icon also wore camouflage capris and suede boots as she watched the children enjoy her music.
“Back That Up To The Beat” was originally released in 2019 on her last studio album “Madame X”.

However, the song is from 2015 and now she has released this demo version along with a new sped-up version after her hit song went viral on TikTok.

In line with the charity’s mission statement, Raising Malawi is committed to alleviating the extreme poverty and hardship of Malawi’s one million orphans, primarily through health and education programmes.

In 2008, she released the documentary I Am Want We Are, a film documenting the lives of orphans in Malawi, where approximately 500,000 children have lost their parents to HIV and AIDS.

Speaking at the film’s screening in Cannes in 2018, she said: “To say this film is a labor of love is an understatement. It’s also the journey of a lifetime.
