The 29 year old actress flashed her toned legs in the racy, thigh-split Jean Paul Gaultier number. It featured a striking red shoulder detail, and she was sure to turn heads as she enjoyed her European holiday.
The eponymous French fashion house was founded in 1982 and is famous for its unconventional, provocative haute couture designs.
Boosting her height, Brooks added a pair of black wedge flip-flops to her look, while further accessorising with dark sunglasses and a red manicure and pedicure. Sweeping her blonde locks into a high ponytail, she oozed confidence as she strutted into the eatery.
Club 55 is an exclusive beachfront restaurant situated on the famous Pampelonne beach. Saint Tropez itself evolved from a quiet fishing village into a global playground for the wealthy during the 1950s, becoming a premier destination for the international elite.
Saint Tropez and Capri holidays
The day before, the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model explored the streets of the coastal town wearing a black cropped shirt that showed off her toned midriff.
Adding leopard print trousers, dark sunglasses and a black bandana, she cut a very chic figure during the Thursday outing alongside her sister Grace Ann Nader.
Earlier in the week, Brooks opted for another head-turning look, stepping out in a low-cut scarlet satin dress to enjoy a late-night designer shopping spree in Capri. She teamed the number, which hugged her curves, with a pair of heeled flip-flops.
The trip to Capri followed a trip around the nearby Amalfi Coast with her loved ones. Capri is located in the Bay of Naples and is famed for its rugged landscape and upscale boutiques, while the Amalfi Coast is a stretch of coastline in southern Italy known for its steep cliffs and pastel coloured fishing villages.
Baywatch reboot filming
Prior to travelling to Europe, Brooks had been busy shooting scenes in Malibu, California, for an upcoming Baywatch reboot. Malibu is an affluent beach city located in Los Angeles County, famous for its celebrity homes and surf beaches.
Brooks plays a character called Selene in the modern revival of the iconic series. The original action drama followed county lifeguards patrolling the beaches of California and Hawaii.
The 1990s television programme became one of the most watched shows in the world and famously made Pamela Anderson a global sex symbol.
Split from Taron Egerton
The actress is also newly single following the end of her relationship with actor Taron Egerton.
Brooks and Taron's romance began back in March after they were set up on a date. Just last month he was pictured meeting her family during a dinner date in Los Angeles.
However, their whirlwind romance recently fizzled out, and the actor was back on the celeb dating app Raya last month. Raya is an exclusive, membership based platform heavily used by people in the entertainment industry.
