If you like to take very hot showers, literally steaming, we have good news. A warm bath expels excess fluid from the body and also makes the skin more elastic and toned. And if you add sea salt and aromatic oils to the bath while taking a bath, the effect will not last long.

Some foods cause bloating. Therefore, first of all, exclude gluten, even if there is no intolerance (after all, these are products containing wheat, rye, barley – pasta, bread, couscous, soy sauce). Avoid FODMAPs – foods containing carbohydrates (oligo-, di-, monosaccharides and polyols), which can cause fermentation in the intestines. These include: fructose (which “lives” in sugar and many fruits), lactose (a carbohydrate in dairy), legumes (beans, lentils), and polyols (sugar alcohols from which sweeteners are made).

You don’t have to give up these foods forever. But ideally, you should immediately remove them all for a month or two and then only add one product at a time. If the stomach is inflated again, remove the one that caused it forever.

Do it to the max! On inspiration, pull your stomach as much as possible, count to 30, exhale (just remember that on critical days it is better not to do this – it is harmful to women’s health). Repeat this exercise whenever you remember: sitting at the computer, texting, driving, or just walking around town. If you do this “trick” several times a day, you will quickly tone your muscles.
