For all of us, relative news a few years ago it turned out that the main thing is not to forget to clean the scalp. Although, in fairness, trichologists have been talking about this for a long time. And with that knowledge, the era of scalp scrubs and exfoliants has begun, which is now produced not just by professional hair care brands but by pretty much anything else on the mass market. Both exfoliating and exfoliating exfoliate the skin, helping to remove dead skin cells and excess skin sebum. The difference is how they do it: in scrubs, fine abrasives are responsible for cleaning, and acids are responsible for peeling. But there are products that combine both materials. Since both acids and abrasives are very harmful to the skin, brush once a week if you have an oily scalp, or once every two weeks if your scalp is prone to dryness.

Of course, this is not an adhesive in the classical sense, but a very concentrated serum, often containing keratin. It is thanks to him that the product fills the gaps in the hair and seems to close it by restoring the structure. Of course, you should not expect a miracle if your ends are already split, but if you use glue as a preventive measure, it will definitely help to avoid the problem.

Lamellar water and vinegar

Both of these products can replace conditioner and detangling spray. And all because they soften the flakes of hair that appear during cleansing with shampoo. Another undoubted plus is that the product does not need to be held on the hair, it is distributed on the strands in a maximum of 5-10 seconds and is immediately washed off. Minus – the consumption is quite high, especially for owners of long hair, due to the fact that the texture of the product is literally like water. Not exactly a first need remedy, but be very careful with this if you have very porous hair and lack shine.

A product that is rarely used in hair care! The brand takes care of the client in advance, releasing the ampoules: it divides the care into the necessary doses and, since the product comes into contact with air only once – it keeps them fresh when applied. Ampoules with active ingredient should usually be used after shampooing, applying the contents either to the neck or to the skin (read the label). Products are coming out in the form of ampoules against hair loss, to protect the brightness of the color and to thicken the hair.

Permanent creams and gels

The good news is that products that care for the hair, but remain as ash (striped) in the past, are an oily layer on the hair and “dirty” them. Of the bad ones, you may still overdo it with the quantity or face the fact that the product does not suit you and you will have to wash your head. But this is rare. If you need additional care such as moisturizing, nourishing or sun protection, but in doubt, choose gels, they are almost weightless. For more experienced users I recommend creams, they usually have a stronger composition.
