The main reason for this interest to the product is its characteristics. The effects say that you can easily lose weight and improve the condition of skin and digestion. The truth is that the beverage contains probiotics. They help maintain the balance of intestinal microflora, regulate blood sugar and break down fats.

In social networks, even cocktail recipes appeared with a product. Simply mix kefir with fruits or fruit, honey and water. And then decorate with mint.

Kefir is really healthy, but as in other products, it should not be too drunk – it can lead to negative consequences.
