Beauty influencers often take inspiration from fruits when creating new makeup ideas. Strawberry makeup, blueberry makeup and even pomegranate makeup have appeared on social networks. And on the eve of the holidays, bloggers created a new trend – “cranberry makeup”.
The main feature is a large number of red-pink shades. To repeat your make-up, apply and blend creamy burgundy blush to your temples and cheeks. Then use red lip tint and lip liner. Using burgundy eyeliner, draw arrows and line the lower lash line. Add mascara, highlighter and dark pink eyeshadow to your eyelids.
Terry Barber (MAC creative director) described cranberry makeup as a makeup renaissance – a revival of the 1920s and Golden Hollywood, where vintage aesthetics and rich tones gained new popularity.
Makeup is perfect for New Year’s parties. So go ahead and get inspired.
