Aesthetic procedures, which do not require a long rehabilitation period, are a real salvation for those who cannot afford to stay at home even for a few days. This is also an ideal option when you need to quickly bring your skin back to life, making it bright and healthy. We asked beauticians what procedures can be done without waiting for the redness to disappear, even during a lunch break.

Profilo (Profilo)
Rehabilitation period: up to 15 minutes after the procedure.
Profhilo is a product based on low and high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, combining lifting and moisturizing functions. It has a unique formula that allows you to reduce the number of injection points required. For the face, the “5 BET” technique is used – 5 bioaesthetic lifting points for each side of the face. As a result of administering the drug inside, the density and elasticity of the skin increases and a natural lifting effect is created.
HydraFacial + PRX-T33 peeling
Rehabilitation period: NO.
This is the so-called exit procedure. Since there is no rehabilitation period, it can be done before important events. HydraFacial is a vacuum, atraumatic facial cleansing method that helps even the skin and gives it a healthy glow. And PRX-T33 peeling is carried out after which its effect is comparable to the result of classic medium peeling, but without rehabilitation. The combination of the two techniques leaves the skin clean and radiant, and you can apply make-up immediately after the procedure.
BBL + biorevitalization Novacutan
Rehabilitation period: up to 15 minutes after the procedure.
BBL phototherapy is a physiotherapeutic method that exposes human tissue to light. And Novacutan biorevitalization is an injection rejuvenation procedure. Novacutan biorevitalizers contain hyaluronic acid and amino acids. The combination of these procedures provides a good rejuvenating effect – evens out the complexion, increases skin elasticity, softens the texture, deeply moisturizes and improves skin tone. The only thing is that it is not recommended to apply decorative cosmetics within two hours after the procedure.

BBL Young Forever
Rehabilitation period: NO.
This is a procedure for photorejuvenation of the skin of the face, neck and décolleté at the cellular level using the high-tech Sciton BBL system. Broadband rays of a certain length trigger natural processes such as cell renewal and rejuvenation. The technology is completely non-invasive, meaning the procedure does not damage the skin, is painless, anesthesia-free and therefore does not require rehabilitation. During the procedure, collagen production is stimulated, the skin thickens, its tone equalizes, pigmentation lightens, blood vessels narrow and the vascular network disappears. But the main thing in this procedure is that skin rejuvenation processes are initiated at the genetic level. This was studied and proven by Sciton in a clinical study at Stanford University that lasted more than 10 years. Later, scientists found that as a result of the procedure, the expression of genes responsible for keeping the skin young was increased, and collagen production was also slightly stimulated.
Filler injection using the cannula technique
Rehabilitation period: NO.
The injection of fillers (injectable dermal fillers based on bound hyaluronic acid and calcium hydroxyapatite (Radiesse)) is called “injection shaping”. Filling application using the cannula technique can also be classified as a procedure that does not require rehabilitation. Through one or two small holes, the medicine is injected with a blunt instrument – a cannula, without leaving a bruise. During the procedure, filler injections are injected into the deep layers of the dermis. It corrects the shape and volume of the face, eliminates nasolabial folds, smoothes superficial and deep wrinkles. The result can be seen immediately after the procedure. After a certain period of time (usually six months to a year), the bound hyaluronic acid and Radiesse-based fillers are absorbed and eliminated from the body.
Fragmentation removal using the Ultraformer MPT device
Rehabilitation period: NO.
With age, facial tissues “slide down”, the clarity of the oval of the face disappears, folds and wrinkles form, a “jowl” appears, the corners of the mouth and eyebrows sag, and the face becomes “tired”. The main reason for all of the above is a change with age in the quality and quantity of collagen fibers in the superficial muscle-aponeurotic system – SMAS (Superficial Muscle-Aponeurotic System). This layer consists of muscles, collagen and elastin fibers and is responsible for the elasticity of the skin, which is the “frame” of the face. Focused ultrasound during the SMAS lifting procedure affects exactly this deep layer of the skin, and not superficial ones, as in many other cosmetic procedures. The depth of ultrasound is tightly regulated, which allows the procedure to be performed without damaging the surrounding tissue.
Microneedling RF lifting Scarlet S
Rehabilitation period: a few hours after the procedure.
This is a hardware technique that affects the dermal layers of the skin with radiofrequency energy, which activates collagen and elastin production. This causes the skin density to gradually increase due to the body’s own reserves. In the Scarlet device, RF technology is supported by microneedles that deliver fractional high temperature effects at a precisely defined location to enhance the effect. As a result, the structure of old collagen fibers is renewed and new collagen production is stimulated. The procedure is also used to firm and firm the skin, work with post-acne scars, pigmentation, and fine wrinkles. As with all procedures that stimulate collagen synthesis, the effect is cumulative over 2-3 months. Only after the first procedure will the result be visible.
