Technical:

Execution technique:

Pulls and arm loops
Technical:
— Standing on two legs, we move the pelvis backwards.
— We bend the body forward.
— We start the movement by bringing the shoulder blades to the center of the spine, then we extend our arms in front of us and form a circle.
Helicopter
Technical:
– Standing on your knees, draw a semicircle with one hand up and the other down, bringing your palms together at the level of your shoulder blades.
– We change hands and do everything the same.
Wide arm push-ups and arm push-ups
Technical:
— Plank position from the knees, arms wide stance.
— We do push-ups and extend first our right and then our left arm in front of us.
