The other day, the ex-wife of football player Pavel Mamaev, Alana, underwent surgery to replace her hip implants. She spoke about it on her social networks.
He explained his decision to re-plasty: “This is not a story about the fact that I placed the implants poorly and the surgery was done poorly. This is a story about dramatic weight loss, a stretched pocket, and possibly the wrong implant size.

Photos of the doctors who performed the operation – plastic surgeons Timur Khaidarov and Samir Sedyshev – before and after the banned wax can be viewed.
We talked with Specialist Evgeny Leshunov why implants are displaced and in what situations this happens.

Why did the butt prostheses move?
Actually, Alana’s soft tissue slipped, not the implant. This can happen with severe weight fluctuations like he does. In this case, there is a change in tone of the patient’s skin and soft tissues. As a result, Alana can observe hip sagging against the background of the existing implant. Actually, the implant remained in the intramuscular pocket, but the hips slipped from it. The main reason for this is drastic weight loss.
Could this be the case with the mammary glands?
Yes, the same thing happens in the mammary gland when implants are placed on it without reduction and compression. After a while the gland may slip off the implant – this is called the “waterfall phenomenon”. And the reason for this may again be a strong weight loss.
