Journalist Jean-Jacques Bourdin, accused of attempted sexual assault, was lifted from the air.
The Paris prosecutor’s office has since confirmed that the case has been dismissed due to a public trial on 7 April.
In mid-February, journalist Fanny Agostini, former weather presenter for RMC – BFM-TV, revealed that Mediapart was the source of the complaint against Jean-Jacques Bourdin. According to him, the realities would take place in 2013 in Calvi, Corsica. A few days later, another woman filed a complaint for sexual assault, harassment and sexual display.
Fanny Agostini’s lawyer, Me Laure Heinich, later said: “The classification is not a surprise, as the complaint is actually time-barred”.
Then the question arises of the journalist’s return to the air. The RMC and BFMTV host replied this morning in a mysterious tweet: “When will we see you again?” This question is asked very often on the street… On the way to vote again this morning.
“When will we see you again? » This question is asked very often in the street.. on the way to vote again this morning. I always answer “soon…”.

While some of his fans rejoice at the journalist’s return, others are dismayed. “I am for the presumption of innocence, but always many testimonies converge against you. Thank you recipe”, can we read specifically on the social network?
One thing is for sure, Jean-Jacques Bourdin can count on the unwavering support of his partner, journalist Anne Nivat. Thus, he once again reacted to the journalist’s tweet and publicly supported: “Those who have badly distanced you from your #passion, from what you have done professionally for years, therefore fail to grasp the bond that unites with the #people. . But the important thing is this: his love for his profession. And the respect of the people”.
Those who drive you away from you in a bad way #passionYou cannot grasp the bond that unites you with professionalism and what you have done for all these years. #mass.
