Her doctors this morning said they were “concerned” about her health, which was deteriorating so rapidly. Former Prime Minister Tony Blair and even Paddington Bear wrote a tribute message to the Queen.
Victoria Beckham, who has been very close to the royal family since attending Prince William and Harry’s wedding, also posted a message on Instagram: “Today is a very sad day not only for our country but for the whole world. I am deeply saddened by the passing of our beloved monarch, Her Majesty the Queen. On the politician’s side, former US Presidents Barack Obama, Bill Clinton and Donald Trump have issued tribute messages to the Queen and current President Joe Biden.

Nicolas Sarkozy and François Hollande also conveyed their support and solidarity to the British people. Pope, “deeply sad”, late sovereign II. He said he prayed for Elizabeth, paying tribute to his “life of unstable service” and “an example of devotion to duty.” Pope Francis also sent his prayers to the new king, Charles III, and offered his “heartfelt condolences” to the royal family and the British people.
