It all starts now: recap of Monday, August 29th… SPOILER

Big day for Axel. He arrives at the Auguste Armand Institute with his uncle and Jasmine. Many candidates are out there and hope to pass the entrance exam. Jasmine tries to comfort Axel, who does not want to live with her family and become a builder. Emmanuel pressures his nephew. All current candidates will be ready like him.

Hortense’s sister enters the competition

Vic Rochemont takes his first steps at the Institute. He is greeted by Greg and Eliott, who run this year’s nominations. They learn that Hortense is her sister. He was previously playing basketball in gym class and wanted to reorient himself. He says he hasn’t been very close to Hortense lately. Hortense had hardly mentioned him to Eliott.

Annabelle comes to Emmanuel to request that her son, who has passed the competitive exam at the Institute, be placed in the same boat as the others. Teyssier promises that this will be the case, and does not give his family any preferential treatment. Their cockfight continues under the backdrop of nepotism and victory in the cooking championship.

Axel and Solal are very stressed before the competition. Jasmine laughs. They pass Ethan, sit at a table and review. Axel wants to introduce him to his friends, but Ethan is very cold. He doesn’t have time to chat with them and needs focus. Axel is surprised by her reaction.

The teaching team does not validate Emmanuel’s tests. Teyssier only wants hardworking workers in the kitchen and dining room who are ready to give their all, so he has raised the level of competition. Others have no say.

Elliott and Greg take Vic to see Hortense. It surprised him. Hortense isn’t happy to see her sister. She thinks it will vampire him and steal the show as usual, she. Vic explains that cooking is also a passion for him and he admires his older sister. Hortense thinks her sister is leaving tonight because she has no level.

Axel learns that Ethan is a Cardone.

Candidates were called to the amphitheater. Salomé will oversee the first test. He then reveals to Axel that Ethan is a Cardone. Emmanuel and Antoine welcome the nominees. The director puts pressure on them. Tonight they will only be 50 and only 20 will be selected at the end of the competition. Antoine reassures them that there will be an event every day, one of which starts in 20 minutes for the first group. Cake test.

Emmanuel started the first test. An endurance test. It will be necessary to make a maximum of chocolate mousse, but without a robot. Just whip it. Joining Solal, Axel, Vic, Ethan, Billie and David. They don’t know how long this ordeal will last.

Claire tells Olivia that she regrets not going to Louis’ engagement party. She is afraid that her son will pay her when she returns from Croatia. Olivia tries to comfort him. He will be able to make up for it.

Hortense won’t let her sister enter the competition

Results are displayed. Vic, Samia, Billie, David, Axel and Solal are taken. Ethan, who comes in first, congratulates Axel. He apologizes for his behavior in the morning. Axel lets him know that he got the message, that they won’t be friends.

Billie and Samia explore the Double A rooms and get to know each other better. Axel trains Jasmine for the future. He has pain in his wrist after that ordeal. Salomé and Jasmine recommend resting as there is a risk of injury.

Greg and Elliott taste Vic’s foam. They seem to like dessert and Hortense’s sister. The second arrives, which causes Vic to leave. Hortense doesn’t want to taste the foam. Elliott tries to figure out what the problem is. Hortense explains that he’s a nice guy. She is actually a monster. He will do everything to not pass the competition.
