Louis’ Plan

Even though Hortense and Mehdi are still very upset about losing the management of the temporary restaurant, they prepare the first serving in the Pop-up, with Kelly and Lionel, who have offered to help them all summer long. Louis comes to full service and makes fun of a few customers. The couple defends themselves, reminding that Theo also had a hard time at the beginning of last year. To put pressure on them, Louis decides to have lunch at the Pop-up, which stresses Hortense, who is approaching the fire with plancha.
