In the pre-recorded sketch, Fineman reprized her Spears impersonation. This time the sketch was about the “Stronger” singer’s memoir “The Woman in Me.” Excerpts from the audiobook narrated by Michelle Williams have gone viral on social media and here it comes SNL The idea came from demonstrating the supposed decision-making process to find the best person for the job.
Famous readers of the sketch include Allison Janney (of Heidi Gardner), Martin Scorcese (of Chalamet, because how unfunny would it be if he played himself?), John Mulaney (Sarah Sherman), The B52’s Fred Schneider (Bowen Yang) , and Jada Pinkett Smith (Ego Nwodim).
Fineman has played Spears on the NBC late-night show for years and is one of her most famous impersonators alongside Drew Barrymore.
