We are in South Florida because many of our investors and home buyers are there. And then there are many in Aspen and Colorado. I think the most important thing for us is that we can implement a more macro strategy that is really strong in all the major luxury real estate markets, and we can really transfer that in terms of production, but also in terms of just production. an authentic perspective. See that we do and demonstrate everything possible to ensure our customers are satisfied. We’re still face-to-face with them whether they’re in the Hamptons or not. I think connecting those other markets is something we’re really trying to do in season two.”
JB also stated that he wants to explore the construction business in the second season. “I own a family owned development company that I am one of the directors of,” explains JB. “For me, it’s really taking what my family has been doing in the last 30 years and really trying to modernize, improve, and really use some of the technology platforms that have been made more accessible to the 2022 buyer. Part of my effort lately is that we do two or three new construction projects a year, so licensing and there is a lot to do, from planning to working with architects to designing and sourcing different materials to put the project together. Hopefully we’ll show it in season two, the other half of my world.”

Selling the Hamptons This isn’t the first time JB has gone to a real estate reality show. Production recovered. It was really great, and the other thing is that people need to understand that we had a lot of new personalities on the show in the first season. I think there’s more to it than we need to lay the foundation. I think we did it and then we can really get out of here and grow, it’s going to be super fun. first season Selling the Hamptons Now available on Discovery+.
