Eliott hasn’t heard from Hortense. For Greg, the young woman is too limited and, like them, she will organize her wedding on July 14. Jasmine thinks otherwise and tries to comfort Eliott.
No longer able to live in a boarding school accessible only by stairs, Enzo is welcomed at Antoine’s. She is surprised to find that the latter encourages her son to go planting things in the vegetable garden together. Souleymane explains to her that since breaking up with Rose, Antoine has been trying to stay busy at all costs.
Hortense stocks up on flowers for her wedding with Mehdi. The latter offers him to delay his troops and while talking to Eliott accuses him of robbing his pride. He reminds her that the date originally chosen by Eliott and Greg is July 14. However, Hortense doesn’t want to hear anything and reminds her that the preparations are too far to back down.
The moment of truth for Theo and Anaïs
Before her first service at Double A, Anaïs is stressed and worried about spoiling one of Theo’s plates. It reassures them by reminding them that they make a great team and that they should not back down.
Hortense is upset and admits to Deva that she won’t be able to find a venue for her wedding, which is scheduled for a few days. His friend suggests he do this at his roommate in the salt marshes, simply by renting a barnum. Hortense dreams of a more grandiose setting and refuses, but Deva manages to make her dream come true with this place.
Antoine announces to Laëtitia that he wants to start a project that has been on his mind for a long time. He wants to make statistics on the careers of former students of the institute. He grimaces about the mountain of work he represents, but the assistant manager is overly motivated.
Chief Delobel admits to his son that although it angers him to know that Greg and Eliott are arguing with his friends, he is not surprised that the double marriage has been annulled. They think about the decoration of the wedding. Eliott remembers the theme chosen with Hortense, but Greg prefers to follow his father’s idea and do something simple. Eliott explains to Greg that this is not how he imagined his wedding without Hortense. His fiancee proposes to cancel the party and go on a honeymoon right after the town hall. But Eliott admits he wants a party.
Théo and Anaïs instruct the Double A brigades. Tom asks for clarification on a sauce, and the two chefs disagree and don’t give up. Theo eventually gives up on the idea of Anaïs. Same conflict during service. Théo is annoyed when a customer chooses herbs to replace an element of a dish requested. She turns on her heels after making a statement with him.
Mehdi pulls Greg aside in the kitchen. He wants to straighten things out between Eliott and Hortense. But tensions escalate when Greg takes his revenge on Hortense, who has very stubborn and ridiculous ideas. Mehdi reminds him that it hurts to cancel the couple’s marriage, which was decided without consulting him. They argue and Mehdi decides to take back the wedding cake and all his ideas about the wedding. He asks Jude to work with him at his own wedding.
Anthony’s problem
Antoine comes to the cafe and asks Solal and Ethan to explain the menu. He explains to them that Double A has too much stock and now they need to salvage items for their cafeteria. He’s talking specifically about fresh tuna. Two students remind him that he is wrong with their concept, but leaves them no choice and asks them to rearrange their map.
Mehdi explains to Axel that he cannot have a very comfortable wedding because Teyssier is the best man. He asks the young man to help him with his menu, but Axel refuses because of Jasmine. Mehdi insists because he has a lot to prepare. Axel finally agrees to help him.
Ethan moans at Antoine at the commissioner and is angry that Solal, who puts him in the deputy principal’s shoes, can defend him. Teyssier overhears the conversation and asks for details. Ethan accuses Antoine of making them pay for his separation from Rose.
Théo and Anaïs request a comeback from the brigade on their two-man first service. Vic points out that he lacks fluency. Left alone with his girlfriend, Theo apologizes for violently interfering with his girlfriend. He offers to talk to her to find consistency in the choices they made during the gunfire.
Eliott receives a message from the photographer who came for a photo shoot with Hortense. He realizes that he forgot to cancel and goes to meet her. When he arrives, he finds Hortense explaining to the photographer that he will only do her wedding to immortalize her. Eliott pulls him aside and blames him for stealing this provider. It reminds him that he found it himself. Eliott calls her a spoiled, selfish, rotten princess. She says they are no longer friends and she doesn’t want to talk to him anymore.
