“I’ve heard it said for a long time from many different sources. […] On the way to the Oprah interview, William was literally sick of anxiety.”On the set of Dan Wootton’s GB News on Tuesday, Charlotte Griffiths, editor of the Mail on Sunday, said:
“He wasn’t eating and – he wasn’t reclusive – but he was definitely hiding”said. “He went to a royal residence for a while to isolate himself from the world. He was just in pieces”.
Charlotte Griffiths claims that Prince William’s wife, Kate Middleton, also stepped in to “protect” her husband.
In this two-hour interview, Prince Harry admitted that his relationship with his older brother was strained. “I love William madly, he’s my brother, we’ve been through hell together but we’re on different paths”said the youngest son of the late Princess Diana.
Harry said this about his relationship with his father:There’s a lot to deal with.”
Meghan, meanwhile, claimed that an unnamed member of the Royal Family expressed concerns about the “color” of her skin when Archie was born, and that she felt not so supported by the Firm and had suicidal thoughts.
Since then, Prince Harry and Meghan seem to have left their mark on the “abusive treatment” the royal family has suffered since their engagement. Confession book, interviews, podcasts and even documentary series, the Sussexes’ work essentially revolves around Harry’s separation from his family. Exiled to California since 2020, the Sussex couple Archie and Lilibet, the mother of two, are trying to stay in the light somehow.
