Tour de France: chaotic finale of stage 4 with repeated falls (VIDEO)

In the chaos that ends this 4^to Tour de France stage. On Tuesday, July 4, the peloton left Dax to reach Nogaro after the 182km race. Designed for a tremendous sprint finish, this stage was extremely quiet until the riders arrived at the Nogaro circuit, which hosted the final of the race.

In the midst of this chaotic final, Jasper Philipsen managed to rise to the top and, like the previous day, reached 3rd place.^to The stage crossed the finish line first. The Belgian won, just ahead of Caleb Ewan (Lotto-Dstiny). Phil Bauhaus (Bahrain-Victorious) finished the podium ahead of Bryan Coquard (Cofidis), the first Frenchman to appear on the stage. The overall standings remain unchanged: Adam Yates is holding the yellow leader jersey in front of his UAE Emirates teammate Tadej Pogacar and his twin brother Simon Yates.

On Wednesday, July 5th, a change of scenery for the peloton that has already attacked the Pyrenees on behalf of 5.^to Tour de France stage. In particular, Col de Soudet, the first challenge to be classified outside of the Grande Boucle category in the programme.
