Extended families: Life in the XXL (TF1): Cindy Van der Auwera bitterly evokes her father

Yesterday, Sunday, June 18th, we celebrated fathers in France, and Cindy took advantage of this special day to pay tribute to hers, who sadly went too early.

Yesterday, we celebrated Father’s Day in France, the opportunity of many families to present a gift to the latter or pay their respects to him sadly when he is no longer with us. Camille Santoro took advantage of this symbolic date to announce her father’s death, thus explaining her absence from social networks. He relied on a story on Instagram: “The last few months have been very long, unbearable (…) I will need some time to get back on track (…) Everyone who knows me knows his important place in my life”. “I take this opportunity to thank my husband for being a father to my children, for the support he has given me over the past few days, and for being a wonderful father with my children during my absence.”Nicolas Santoro’s wife loved it.

“My father was only 44 when he left us”

Yesterday, Cindy Van Der Auwera chose to share two photos with her father along with a beautiful message to honor her thought. “A special day for a special person”, the mother of the family started. And to specify: “Today I decided to share with you 2 photos of my secret garden that I have never disclosed…”. “I feel sad on this Father’s Day, my father was only 44 years old when he passed away. I am in the same period of life and I can say that it makes us think, let’s project ourselves…”He recognized Cindy. The latter then said a few words directly to his late father: “You left so quickly before I had time to tell you how much I love you, I admired you. First of all, I wanted everyone to know that she is a big hearted person and I am so proud to be her daughter. I love you daddy”.

Under the photos of Cindy, many testified to tell her that they also lost their father. One user wrote to him: “I get you, I lost my dad, he was only 48 and I was only 13, so it’s very important to me that my son celebrates his dad, because whatever we think of him, whatever we call a father or a horse, the mother is too important to ignore them. I hope you had a great day here like we did.”.
