After the Titanic twenty-five years ago, this is the second time James Cameron has made you spin on the water. Do you see a hidden message there?
Kate Winslet: No, I don’t think so! (Laughs) I like physical challenges and James knows that. We have known each other for a very long time… It is an incredible opportunity to continue working in this industry with people we have been connected to for decades and have seen your growth.
What touched you in your character, Ronal?
I like that she is a strong and proud woman. He is not afraid to speak his mind, he is not afraid to lead with integrity. And she is an extraordinary mother, doing everything to protect her family.

You co-produced a documentary on the ecological collapse of the world, Eating will lead us to extinction. Is being an activist your second job?
I am passionate about many things and have the courage to speak and engage in discussions with people in high positions. Yes, I am at this stage of my life right now.
