Indeed, two lightweight masters in jiu-jitsu gi and 2 white belts at no gi. won a medal. Category. He also represented Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu at the tournament, the team founded and currently managed by veteran judo and BJJ black belt Dave Camarillo.
A series of six photos posted on Facebook and Instagram show the 38-year-old Meta founder battling two different rivals in a Brazilian jiu-jitsu competition held Saturday at Woodside High School in Woodside, California, just north of Silicon Valley. Other footage shows a referee declaring Mark Zuckerberg the winner after both games.
“I participated in my first jiu jitsu tournament and won a few medals for the Guerrilla Jiu Jitsu team”, Facebook’s boss wrote under the photos. One of the captions read, “Thanks to Dave Camarillo, Khai Wu, and James Terry for coaching me.”

He began studying mixed martial arts during the coronavirus pandemic and quickly fell in love with the sport, as Maxima and August’s father explained in an August interview with podcast host Joe Rogan, who is also a well-known practitioner and fan of the sport.
