Amazon Freevee’s Bosch: Legacy Renewed for Season 3; Six join the Season 2 cast

Harry Bosch will continue to solve cases for the foreseeable future. Before season two premieres this fall Bosch: heritage, the spinoff of Amazon’s long-running crime series, has been renewed for a third season. Amazon Freevee announced the expansion on Monday ahead of the launch of Amazon NewFront.

Also David Denman (Mare at Easttown), Patrick Brennan (The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2), Rafael Cabrera (Too old to die young), Bruce Davison (XMen’s) Jessica Camacho (Everyone stands up) and Guy Wilson (Angeline) has joined the cast for the upcoming Season 2.

The uptake of Season 3 follows strong ratings for Season 1, which Amazon Freevee reports saw more viewers than any previous season of the Mothership series Bosch.

Bosch: Legacy follows Harry Bosch (Titus Welliver), a retired homicide detective turned private investigator as he begins the next chapter in his career; Attorney Honey “Money” Chandler (Mimi Rogers), who struggles to maintain her faith in the legal system after surviving an attempted murder; and Maddie Bosch (Madison Lintz), who discovers the opportunities and challenges of being an inexperienced patrolman on the streets of Los Angeles.

In Season 2, Bosch (Welliver) and Chandler (Rogers) team up to track down a killer they might find first. Maddie Bosch’s (Lintz) police career is jeopardized when he is kidnapped by a masked assailant. During the search for Maddie, the FBI investigates the murder of Carl Rogers and suspects Bosch and Chandler.
