Chad Michael Murray and Scott Patterson (Gilmore Girls) reunite for a brand new project after 22 years

Chad Michael Murray and Scott Patterson, who play Tristan Dugray and Luke Danes on Gilmore Girls, will reunite for a brand new drama series to air this fall.

Gilmore Girls protagonists Chad Michael Murray and Scott Patterson have reunited for a new Canadian drama that will also air in the United States.

Playing Tristan Dugray and Luke Danes, respectively, in the 2000s come-of-age series, Chad and Scott will soon find themselves on television in the CW’s new series “Sullivan’s Crossing.”

Sullivan’s Crossing follows neurosurgeon Maggie Sullivan (Kohan) who seems to have it all, until his partner is accused of fraud and negligence. To get away from the fallout, he leaves Boston and returns to his childhood home of Sullivan’s Crossing, a rustic, secluded campground on a beautiful beach run by his far-flung father, Sully Sullivan (Scott Patterson). He rekindles old friendships and forges new friendships with locals. Including the handsome newcomer Cal Jones (Chad Michael Murray) will complicate his life even more. While trying to clear her name and reputation, Maggie must confront her painful past and try to reconnect with a long-forgotten side of her.

The series, based on the novels by Virgin River writer Robyn Carr, will air this fall on The CW. It’s currently halfway through its 10-episode broadcast on CTV.

“Sullivan’s Crossing is an authentic, emotional family drama that will immediately resonate with audiences, thanks to its incredible cast and themes of self-reflection, second chances, and the power of community.”said Brad Schwartz, The CW’s head of entertainment. “It’s incredibly special to bring Chad and Scott home on The CW, along with Morgan Kohan’s amazing performance.”

Chad Michael Murray, who is so excited about the project, announced on Instagram: “I’m coming home… I can’t wait to get back to where it all started for me. Thanks The CW and see you soon.”
