2023 CMT Music Awards Winners: Lainey Wilson & Jelly Roll Top List as Kane Brown & Katelyn Jae Brown Make Video of the Year

The 2023 CMT Music Awards was a big night for Jelly Roll, who was crowned the night’s most awarded artist and took home three trophies.

The “Son of a Sinner” hitmaker won awards in Male Video of the Year, Breakthrough Male Video of the Year and CMT Digital-First Performance of the Year. Lainey Wilson won two trophies, winning Female Video of the Year for “Heart Like a Truck” and Collaborative Video of the Year for “Wait in the Truck” in a duet with Hardy.

Video of the Year was awarded to Kane Brown and Katelyn Brown for Thank God.

The fans have spoken and the winners have been announced as the biggest names in music and entertainment gather in Austin tonight for the 2023 CMT MUSIC AWARDS. The live show in Austin, co-hosted by Kane Brown and Kelsea Ballerini, featured epic performances, first collaborations and world premieres at the country music awards show with fans.

The first winners won the night with the most wins for Jelly Roll (3), closely followed by Lainey Wilson (2) and HARDY, Megan Moroney and Katelyn Brown, who each took home a belt buckle.
