Inside TPMP At C8, Cyril Hanouna and his columnists decipher the news every day. This evening the discussion quickly turned to the continuation of Pierre Palmade’s career. Will he ever be able to return to the stage or will he be doomed to find a “normal” job and anonymity?
And as is often the case with the TPMP, the debate was lively between Matthieu Delormeau and Gilles Verdez.
Guillaume Genton “will work again“and find it”normal”. He adds “People are completely above ground in this environment” And “not a prison to go to work and continue normal work. We still say there will be no servers, but who cares! Everyone is doing it, everyone is working and everyone is working”!
Matthieu Delormeau obviously disagrees with his colleague. Indeed, it is difficult for him to return to a “normal” job once he has tasted fame. “But wrong”launching first on Guillaume Genton before adding: “When you’re in show business and you drive a Lamborghini, do you see yourself selling at Zara next year?”
“What if you have no other choice?replies Guillaume Genton. “But that’s not true”, Matthieu Delormeau replies, before adding: “If you’re smart enough, you throw it away anyway, thinking it’s a fragile, dangerous business.”. He explains: “I put it aside and always said to myself, if it’s going to hold up well, at least I won’t have to Reblochon for two weeks at an Intermarché.”
Angry at Matthieu Delormeau’s words, Gilles Verdez interrupts:It’s humiliating to say that”!
He then explains his point of view as follows:Frankly, if we stop, it’s fine for me. “Either I become a journalist again or do something else,” he said. Then he calls out to Matthieu Delormeau: “You, Matthew, are a slave to fame and light, unlike me. This is your problem. I know you can’t do without it. But it’s your character built that way, and I respect that. I can totally do without it”.
Matthieu Delormeau then asks him what he can do for a living. “Anything I’ll do as a facilitator at an entertainment center, I’ll sort the potatoes, it’s a lot of work right now, when I do anything, I’ll work on a farm”, Answers Gilles Verdez.
Words that did not convince Matthieu Delormeau addressed to Cyril Hanouna: “No, but help me. For example, he’ll bring meat to Rungis, move the pianos… no, but in the end!
“He’s right, I don’t really believe that”, then Cyril throws Hanouna at Gilles Verdez.
“But if ! I’m going to a farm tomorrow, I’m an egg-collecting expert when there are 150 chickens! Wait, I have other ropes in my bow”, Gilles Verdez insists.
