On Monday, February 27, the Paris Court of Appeals ordered his pre-trial detention. However, Pierre Palmade entered a period of detention in his hospital room due to the deterioration of his health after a stroke over the weekend. The artist has also been the target of child pornography charges. This means a total of three investigations against him for “manslaughter”, “possession and use of drugs” and “possession of child pornography images”.

In the turmoil, the translator of the famous “Scrabble” sketch was able to count on his longtime friend Murtiel Robin to come and see him at the hospital after the accident. But when he learned of the consequences of the accident and Pierre Palmade’s responsibility, he could not stand it morally and severed ties with the comedian. In the last hours, Muriel Robin was heavily criticized on social networks for not speaking publicly about the case.

He tried everything to free him from his addictions: they even had meetings with his relatives, Pierre Palmade, to force him to go to and be treated, because they were afraid for him, afraid to let a tragedy happen (…) Muriel could not do anything”, Cyril exposed Hanouna. And the host concludes: “He’s so impressed, Muriel Robin, that I kissed him because it had nothing to do with him… And when I see people attacking him on social networks, putting him in a sauce he’s never been, it drives me crazy. Unacceptable”.
