Diana Jenkins gives up her diamond and leaves The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills already after one season. The Bravo star and entrepreneur confirmed her departure from the reality series on her Instagram account.
“As many of you know, Asher and I are expecting our second child later this year. You also know that this pregnancy is considered high risk due to many factors and I am on bed rest as per doctor’s orders,” she shared. “As a result, I cannot fully devote myself to the filming of the next season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
Jenkins continued, “I want to thank Bravo and Evolution for allowing me to focus on my pregnancy and for their support and understanding. I promise to continue sharing my fertility journey with you.
Jenkins agreed RHOBH in season 12 and is now part of a small group of housewives from that franchise who only held a diamond for one season, such as Carlton Gebbia (season 4), Joyce Giraud (season 4), and Kathryn Edwards (season 6).
The news of Jenkins’ departure comes as follows RHOBH is getting ready to start filming season 13 and after a long time, housewife Lisa Rinna has also announced that she will be leaving the franchise.
“This is the longest job I’ve had in my 35-year career and I’m grateful to everyone at Bravo and everyone involved with the series. It’s been a fun 8-year run and I’m excited for what’s to come!'” she said in a statement.
