Initial hires Fulwell 73 development director Caroline Roseman as Banijay indie prepares to return big brother to UK screens.

Roseman takes on the newly created role of Creative Director, Development, reporting to Managing Director Katy Manley.

Her appointment comes after Deadline announced that Cat Lynch is stepping down from her role as joint managing director at Initial to join Dan Grabiner’s Amazon Studios team in the UK.

Manley, who runs Initial with CEO Natalka Znak and chief creative officer Claire O’Donohoe, said Roseman’s “good track record of creating breakthrough realities” means that “2023 is going to be a very exciting year for us.”
