A travel vlogger who has visited more than 80 countries around the world has revealed his favorite spots.

YouTuber @BackpackerBen posted a video on his channel titled “Life as a Travel YouTuber (brutal reality)” in which he reveals his favorite travel destinations abroad.

During a question-and-answer session with his 246,000 subscribers, he was asked which, in his experience, are the best and worst countries in the world to visit.

Ben came third in the best countries he’s visited and chose Australia, where he lived for six months. He described the country as “incredible” and said: “It has everything you need.”

As his second favorite country, Ben chose the Philippines, which he says includes everything from the picturesque beaches to the many mountains in the north of the country.

However, he warned viewers that he thought the country was “too expensive” given the time he spent there.

Ben then mentioned the countries he never wants to visit again and said he would “never go back to Egypt” and described his trip there as a “nightmare”.

He added that crime and personal safety were both major concerns while he visited the capital Cairo and Siwa, along with “swindlers, touts and dead animals everywhere.”
