Chef Hugo Muñoz of Ugo Chan will join top Spanish cooks catering for attendees at the Formula 1 Tag Heuer Spanish Grand Prix 2026 at Madrid's Madring circuit from August 11 to 13.

The motor racing weekend will bring together the top drivers in the world alongside several of Spain's most acclaimed culinary figures, who are responsible for establishing Spanish gastronomy on the global stage.

Formula 1 is the premier category of international single-seater auto racing, and its Spanish leg will feature high-end dining options designed to showcase regional and national cuisine to racegoers.

Located next to the Ifema exhibition complex and the Valdebebas district, the venue will feature Club 91 along the main straight as the most exclusive temporary space within Madring's Official Hospitality, operated by Match Hospitality.

Match Hospitality, which manages premium corporate and spectator services at major sporting fixtures, has created 12 distinct options for attendees seeking an upgraded race experience with trackside views, all-day open kitchens, and custom entertainment.

Exclusive dining at Club 91

Guests holding access to Club 91 will be able to taste dishes created by six celebrated Spanish chefs, each operating a dedicated culinary station to serve lunch across all three days of the event.

The lineup at Club 91 is headed by Quique Dacosta, who holds three Michelin stars, and Iván Cerdeño, who holds two Michelin stars at El Cigarral del Ángel in Toledo.

They will be joined by Coco Montes of Pabú, Rodrigo de la Calle of El Invernadero, Lucía Freitas of A Tafona, and Paco Pérez, creator of dishes at Miramar, Enoteca Paco Pérez, and Arco by Paco Pérez.

Michelin stars are awarded by the Michelin Guide to recognize exceptional restaurant quality, with three stars representing the highest standard in international gastronomy.

Alongside Club 91, attendees visiting La Azotea will be served by another team of master chefs situated at La Monumental, known as the most iconic curve on the Madring track.

Gourmet offerings at La Azotea

La Azotea has been designed as an imposing four-story structure incorporating a restaurant, a panoramic terrace, lounge areas, track views, and a planned afterparty on Saturday afternoon.

Hugo Muñoz of Ugo Chan and Mario Sandoval of Madrid's Coque restaurant are leading the culinary program at La Azotea.

Chefs Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo, who direct Cebo among other dining projects, will also present their product-focused menus, which have been awarded a Michelin star.

They are joined by Javier Bonet, creator of Sala de Despiece, recognized as one of the most innovative food concepts in Madrid, and Roberto Ruiz, founder of Barracuda MX and a pioneer of fine-dining Mexican cuisine in Europe.

Chef Gianni Pinto of Noi will deliver a modern take on Italian dishes, while Benito Gómez of Bardal in Ronda will introduce guests to signature Andalusian cooking.

Sweet selections at La Azotea will be provided by Jordi Roca, founder of Rocambolesc and one of the world's most influential pastry chefs, alongside Oriol Balaguer, an internationally recognized figure in chocolate and pastry arts.

Food trucks, pools, and simulators

Gastronomic offerings across the Madring circuit also include El Mirador, where dining centers on gourmet food trucks set in a space inspired by Mediterranean beach clubs overlooking the banked curve at La Monumental.

Visitors at El Mirador can enjoy cocktails and tapas set to DJ music, with access to a swimming pool, sun loungers, and beanbags priced at 2,500 euros for Saturday and Sunday.

Situated near curves 18 and 19, La Terminal features food options styled after a traditional food market, with ticket packages starting from 1,650 euros for Saturday and Sunday.

La Terminal offers visitors interactive driving simulators, motorsport exhibitions, giant screens for watching the live race, and live interviews with race mechanics and former team personnel, alongside live music and DJ sets.

Grandstand views and private clubs

At the Podium Stand on the final straight, spectators can relax inside a climate-controlled lounge located on the ground floor of Club 91.

Grandstand seating at the Podium Stand offers clear views of the start line, pit lane action, and the podium ceremony, supplemented by live television broadcasts inside the lounge.

Chef Paco Roncero has designed every dish served at the Podium Stand to pair with a curated selection of wines, beers, soft drinks, and other beverages available throughout the day.

At the Ignition Club, guests can watch cars pass at speeds exceeding 320 km/h from a terrace positioned just meters from the track while sampling local and international cuisine alongside wine, beer, and soft drinks.

The Ignition Club also features driving simulators and competitive challenges, with full weekend access priced at 3,200 euros for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Finally, the Traction Club provides a private club atmosphere with live cooking stations and background jazz music for guests during the grand prix weekend.
