Spider-Man is a long-standing Marvel Comics superhero who protects New York City under his secret identity, Peter Parker.
Plot details following No Way Home
The plot of Spider-Man: Brand New Day takes place four years after the events depicted in Spider-Man: No Way Home. In the storyline, the friendly neighborhood superhero continues to protect New York City from crime while his loved ones have completely forgotten about his existence.
Meanwhile, a new chain of crimes breaks out across the city. This sequence of criminal events leads directly to the emergence of one of the most dangerous opponents Peter Parker has ever encountered in his life.
The previous installment, Spider-Man: No Way Home, concluded with a narrative twist that wiped all memory of Peter Parker from the world, leaving the hero to continue his crime-fighting duties in New York as a solitary protector.
