Sexologist Becky Krapesley-Fox has advised people seeking to enhance masturbation to perform for an imaginary partner, Metro reported.

Krapesley-Fox pointed to the results of a recent study showing that more than half of Gen Z respondents act as if a partner is nearby even during masturbation, adopting certain poses and making sounds. For those who want to make the process more pleasant, she recommended arranging a show in front of an imaginary partner.
The sexologist noted that some individuals use fantasy or watch pornography while masturbating. She stated that such self-expression at that moment helps them become more active participants in the action they imagine, while picturing oneself under someone else's gaze helps to increase pleasure.
Arousal techniques and condom storage
She added that moaning during masturbation also helps make the experience more sensual. According to Krapesley-Fox, making sounds is capable of boosting arousal.
Sexologist Gemma Nice previously discussed rules for storing condoms in hot weather. She urged people to keep contraceptive products in a cool and dry place.
