The cast of Bravo's reality series Next Gen NYC is gossiping about a potential romance between Ariana Biermann and Charlie Zakkour during a group ski trip.
Biermann, the 24-year-old daughter of television personality Kim Zolciak, has been dating season two newcomer Liam Obergfoll following her breakup with Hudson McLeroy. However, Zakkour has stated his intention to pursue Biermann, amusing his castmates ahead of the show's August 26 episode.
Ski Trip Gossip
During the trip, costars Gia Giudice and Ava Dash discuss the situation behind closed doors with Zakkour and Eva. Giudice notes, "She likes Liam, yes," while Dash points out, "She likes flirting with Charlie."
Giudice suggests Biermann is unexpectedly attracted to Zakkour because "he's fun and dangerous and out of her comfort zone." When Eva tells Zakkour flat-out, "You're the bad boy," he mischievously replies, "I like it. I'll take it."
The conversation leaves Giudice, a Real Housewives of New Jersey alum, feeling like a "bad friend" for talking behind Biermann's back with Zakkour about their perceived chemistry. "Ariana's my girl," she admits in a confessional. "I never want her to feel like I'm in a conversation talking badly about her."
Caught in the Act
Biermann then interrupts the closed-door meeting, causing Giudice, Eva, and Zakkour to fall silent. She notes the awkwardness in a confessional. "It's very interesting that when I walk in everybody's like...Clearly something's about me," she says. "It's like I'm the f--king police and everybody was in the middle of hiding a body."
Giudice quickly admits to participating in the chatter, telling Biermann, "I wanna tell you what the conversation just was because I'm getting anxiety about it and I don't want you to be mad at me."
For Biermann, Zakkour's involvement in the drama is a big red flag. "If he's a part of anything, you know drama it's all stirring," she reacts.
In another exchange, an unnamed cast member says, "If and when you confront her about it, which I assume is happening, just please delicately make sure that I'm not phrased as like, 'Oh, she came over to f--k me.'" Another adds, "I already know this looks really bad but we all need to talk to Ariana together - Somebody's talking s--t."
The series airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
