Love Island presenter Maya Jama hit it off with boxer Chris Eubank Jr at the world premiere after-party for the second series of Netflix drama The Gentlemen on Wednesday evening in London.
The 32-year-old television host, who recently declared herself an "all or nothing girl" following the end of her romance with Manchester City footballer Ruben Dias, was spotted spending time with her fellow cast newcomer in the VIP area beneath London's Guildhall.
Jama and Eubank were seen chatting and enjoying the celebration together before the newly single star continued partying beyond midnight with a tequila cocktail in hand. A source said: "Maya seemed to be getting on really well with Chris. They spent time together in the VIP area chatting and enjoying the party."
The insider added: "She also gave Ray Winstone a huge hug and was chatting with Giancarlo Esposito for a while. She was still partying after midnight with a cocktail in hand."
Her drink of choice was The Glass Paloma, a cocktail made with tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and soda water, finished with a burnt grapefruit peel. The beverage came from the event's show-themed cocktail menu. A source noted: "The drinks never seemed to stop. Maya was on the Glass Palomas, which could hardly have been more appropriate given that she was partying with the Glass family."
The late-night outing came as Jama made her scripted acting debut playing Aisha in the second series of Guy Ritchie's hit television drama. Known for its explosive storylines involving gangsters, gunfire and a multimillion-pound drugs empire, the action-comedy series returned with an equally lavish launch event hosted by Netflix.
Even a sudden wardrobe malfunction failed to disrupt her evening after part of her leather gown broke during the event. The source said: "Maya was impossible to miss. Her dress broke at one point, but she was completely unfazed. She simply tied it up at the sides and carried on partying as though nothing had happened."
Guildhall transformation and premiere screening
The world premiere began in Guildhall Yard outside the historic City of London venue, which had been transformed into a grand country estate in homage to Ritchie's aristocracy-focused drama. Guests walked down a green carpet past manicured topiary and ornate iron gates, while handlers dressed in flat caps, waistcoats and wellington boots stood alongside hunting dogs next to a gleaming vintage convertible.
Inside the Great Hall, show creator Ritchie took part in an onstage Q and A session alongside lead cast members Theo James and Kaya Scodelario. The audience then watched the opening episode of the second series beneath the grand hall's soaring roof and Gothic windows.
Once the screening finished, guests were ushered downstairs into the East and West Crypts, the largest surviving medieval crypts in London. There, the restrained aristocratic decor gave way to a far more raucous after-party atmosphere.

The network of underground chambers was drenched in dramatic blood-red light, illuminating the ancient vaulted ceilings, carved stone arches and pillars. At the centre of the crowded room stood a full-sized boxing ring complete with active fighters, alongside a glowing neon sign advertising the show's fictional Glass Knuckles boxing club.
Guests enjoyed an extensive drinks selection, including themed cocktails such as The Old Fashioned Gentleman, a mix of bourbon, Pedro Ximénez sherry, black oak and chocolate bitters, and demerara syrup, served with an edible chocolate cigar. Attendees could also order the Apex Predator, mixed from vodka, apricot liqueur, thyme syrup and lemon bitters, while alcohol-free options were named the 0% Apex Predator and the Tamed Tiger.
In addition to cocktails, servers poured Gratiot-Pillière Brut champagne, Gavi di Gavi white wine, and Château Sainte-Marie Bordeaux, while Stella Artois flowed continuously from branded taps. Social media beer connoisseur Alex Hendy, 30, better known to his online followers as the Schooner Scorer, was spotted enthusiastically guzzling the lager. A source remarked: "The Schooner Scorer was naturally making the most of the free Stella."
Partygoers were also treated to food served by waiters sporting facial tattoos, who circulated through the crypts with trays of mini bagels, lobster rolls, arancini balls, crab parcels and pumpkin rolls, followed later by chocolate truffles. As guests left the venue, each was presented with a gift of a commemorative Stella Artois glass engraved for The Gentlemen.
Cast members and celebrity attendees
As the night continued, the DJ transitioned from TLC's nineties hit No Scrubs to Pitbull's Hotel Room Service and Shakira's She Wolf. A source said: "It began as a very polished industry premiere, but by midnight the ties had loosened and everyone was dancing to Pitbull and Shakira in the Crypts. The cast had spent months filming a show about aristocrats behaving badly, and they appeared determined to celebrate accordingly."
Series leading man Theo James, 41, attended the premiere alongside his actress wife Ruth Kearney, 41. James remained at the celebration past 12:30am after becoming surrounded by attendees seeking to chat with him, though he was not seen holding an alcoholic drink all evening.
Instead, the star spent the night circulating among cast members, crew and fellow guests before realizing around midnight that he had lost track of his wife. A source reported: "Theo was still working the room after half past midnight, but he never appeared to have a drink in his hand. He seemed to be really enjoying himself, and from the moment he arrived there was always somebody waiting to speak to him."
The source added: "At around midnight he suddenly realised he hadn't seen Ruth for two hours because he had been talking to so many people. He said he needed to go and find her and disappeared into the crowd to look for her."
By contrast, Downton Abbey star Hugh Bonneville took a far quicker approach to the festivities. The 62-year-old actor was the first cast member to head down into the Crypts after the screening, as well as the first to depart. A source said: "Hugh was first down and first out. He arrived at the party before everybody else, had a look around and enjoyed himself, but he wasn't hanging about until the early hours."
The star-studded guest list also featured Vinnie Jones, 61, Joely Richardson, 61, Michele Morrone, 35, and Laurence Fishburne, 65. Filmmaker Guy Ritchie attended with his wife Jacqui Ainsley, 44, and his 26-year-old son Rocco, whom he shares with singer Madonna. Actor Ray Winstone was joined at the premiere by his wife Elaine and daughter Jaime.
All eight episodes of The Gentlemen series two are currently streaming on Netflix.
