A recent college grad has revealed how she will deliberately sabotage her efforts by covering up the “disgusting, misogynistic, oil-phobic” way her sisterhood classifies the women they want to join.
Eli Rallo23 joined Sigma Kappa while at the University of Michigan and is now lifting the lid on the inner workings of sisterhood – specifically how sisters decide which girls to commit to.
In a viral TikTok video, Eli breaks the points system they used to rush and gives the hopeful sisters numbers based on five minutes of chat.
“It’s a nightmare, it’s disgusting,” he says. “The best way to turn women against each other, [to] condemn them for these arbitrary things ».
Eli Rallo, 23, joined Sigma Kappa while studying at the University of Michigan. He recently shared an old email explaining how active members should rank potential new members.
“I found this email while I was in Greek life, if you’re pretending you don’t know anything about the toxicity of Greek life, especially the fraternity bustle,” says the clip, which has been posted since early February. 1. It has been viewed 0.5 million times.
“Hurry” is the term for the fraternity recruitment process, where the best girls try to get the fraternities invited to join.
Eli’s old email lists the rating system Sigma Kappa uses to rate each rush, and each active number gives hopeful candidates a number.
“You have a five-minute speech” [the rushee]† Then you need to rank it as one of the four. First, it will never come back. Four, that’s great,” Eli explains, before adding that it’s all “based on a five-minute conversation.”
‘Makes sense, doesn’t it? That is absolutely true,” he jokes.
Eli says the active members of his fraternity will meet in groups where they determine the rank for each rushee.

They had to give each young woman a number from one to four based on a five-minute conversation.

He described it as “disgusting”, “misogynistic” and “nightmare” and said he couldn’t jump because he would be fined.
He examines the “disgusting” list and explains that it should be given to freshmen who “don’t want to see it again” and sophomores who are “weird, mean, or “just cute.”
In a second ranking, one point is defined as “I don’t know how he did it, it’s out now”.
In the final round, a rushee who all gets one or two is eliminated, while all three fit in well.
“I thought it was so scary and ridiculous… my group thought every time, ‘Let’s give him three,’ I’ll give him everything,” Eli says.
“And if my group said, ‘Let’s give it to them,’ I would give them three to break the system.

He admitted that he sabotaged the process by giving low scores to liked girls and high scores to unloved girls.
“Because I wasn’t allowed to go during rush hour,” he adds. “If I didn’t go, they took $100 per tour from me. But I thought it was disgusting so I tried to sabotage it”.
Many associations and associations charge active members for missing events and meetings.
“I congratulated many girls. They said, ‘He wants me out, get him out of this brotherhood’, and I said ‘Four, four, four’. Bring him back!”” Eli continues. “I lived to sabotage.”
Returning to the classification system, Eli said, “This is misogynistic. He has a phobia of fat. Classical. There are terrible things.
“I can’t believe this is in my email,” he says.
In other videos she shared on her account, Eli revealed that she eventually “left her brotherhood” because she believed that “Greek life was patriarchal and racist”. … it depends on how attractive they are.
