The first season of “Just Like That” focused on Carrie Bradshaw’s experience with Mr. Big’s death. Recall that the character of Chris Noth died in the first part of the series. Over the course of ten episodes, Sarah Jessica Parker’s character has learned to live alone again. So, Carrie went back to work (although it’s now a podcast, not a sex column), made new friends, and even started dating a guy.
All of this was done taking into account the current agenda. The creators of the series managed to “drive” in one season and non-binary characters, gays, politics, ageism and much more. Doesn’t that seem like a bit much for ten episodes?

But the scandalous conspiracy, controversy with Russian viewers, and even allegations of sexual harassment by Krist Nota did not prevent the creators of the series from extending the project for a second season.
Which of the old characters will return to the series?
And while most viewers still hope Samantha returns, Kim Cattrall has made it clear that she doesn’t plan on starring in the sequel to Sex and the City. But that doesn’t change the fact that Carrie will continue to interact with him on the show. In the meantime, it was clear that their encounter would continue in the last episode of the first season.
True, there are doubts on the Web that Samantha may indeed return to the series, but another actress will portray her.
But the fans of the series are one hundred percent sure about the return of another character. And we’re talking about Aidan, the second man Carrie almost married. Also, Sarah Jessica Parker hinted at this in a recent interview.
When will the second season of “And Just Like This” air?
Although the shooting of the project has just begun, the creators of the series expect to return to the screens in early 2023. Moreover, last season, the heroes did not have time to tour the winter scenes.
