“Boyfriend from the Future” (2013)
Domhnall Gleason and Rachel McAdams star in Richard Curtis’ film Love Actually, about a young, handsome and promising lawyer who can travel through time. And he’s ready to go on a first date over and over to lure the girl of his dreams.
“The Time Traveler’s Wife” (2008)
They met when he was 6 and she was 36. They got married when he was 23 and 31 years old. This is because the main character suffers from a rare genetic disease – time travel syndrome and the disappearance of her lover from her life is unpredictable, appearances – funny, traumatic and tragic at the same time.
“The Lake House” (2006)
After breaking up with a man, Kate Forster (Sanda Bullock) decides to start from scratch and leaves a message in the mailbox of her house for her next tenant – Alex Wyler (Keanu Reeves). When She reads it, she can’t understand why the stories don’t match the truth. Everything falls into place when the characters realize they’re living at different times: it’s in 2004 and it’s in 2006.
“In Brief” (2020)
He is a classic procrastinator, always late, finds many reasons for not performing his duties, and does not value his own and other people’s time. Until the day after she gets married, she discovers that she is skipping a year of her life every day.
“The Time Traveler’s Wife” (2022)
Rose Leslie and Theo James in the HBO series (by the way, one of the best of the year) based on the world’s best-selling books about a time traveler who meets his lover at different years of his life.
